If you're watching KSAT (or another channel) and your football game or other program is broadcasting in Spanish, you probably have SAP enabled.

What is SAP?

It stands for Second Audio Program and it provides another audio track. It may be in Spanish or it may be a voice describing the action of a scene.

First, look for the "SAP" button on your remote. Press it until you find the audio channel you prefer.

If there is not an SAP button on your remote, find the "Menu" button and look for the audio options. The audio controls may be under "Settings" in some systems.

When you find the Secondary Audio Programming section, you should be able to turn it ON or OFF.

Closed Captioning

The instructions are similar for turning the Closed Captioning ON or OFF.

First, look for a "cc" button on your remote. 

If there is not a cc button on your remote, find the "Menu" button and look for the audio options. The audio controls may be under "Settings" in some systems.
